PLACING AN ORDER
We welcome all customers from the anywhere in the world providing the customer can communicate effectively with us in the English language.

PAYMENT
All prices on this website are inclusive of VAT and are displayed in United Kingdom pounds sterling. At present we accept secure PayPal and Stripe payments.

SHIPPING
We offer free shipping in the United Kingdom, for Europe and Ireland the shipping cost is £3.75 and for all other areas of the world the shipping cost is £4.00.

TURNAROUND
All of our jewellery orders have a turnaround time of 24/48 hours. Please appreciate at busy times, public holidays, Christmas etc orders may take slightly longer.

STOCK
All of the products on our website are usually in stock ready, available for you to purchase. If for any reason beyond our control we cannot fulfill your order then we will contact you to explain.
